1. Delivery Coverage
Kompac Online Store currently deliver to US only. Orders from other countries are not supported at this time.

If you wish to ship to a region outside of these areas, you can choose to use a freight forwarding service, however, please note that the Kompac Warranty is only applicable to our shipping regions, and we accept no liability for losses or damages in transit via freight forwarders

2. Order Processing Time
Orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday) are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders submitted during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery time is 3-9 business days after shipment. (Mon-Fri)

4. Shipping Fees
Free shipping for all grill orders. 

5. Shipment Notification
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor real-time delivery status via the courier website or mobile app.

6. Accuracy of Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address and contact phone number are complete and accurate. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or unreachable contacts will incur redelivery fees payable by you.

7. Undeliverable or Refused Packages
If delivery fails repeatedly or you refuse the package, it will be returned to us. A refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and any handling fees incurred.

8. Product Packaging
All items are carefully packed in a double-layered branded box to protect the grill from damage during transit.

9. Delivery Delays
In the event of force majeure—such as extreme weather, public emergencies, or carrier system disruptions—we will notify you promptly but are not liable for indirect losses resulting from delays.

10. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy as needed. The latest version will be posted on our website without individual notice.
